As a homeowner association we are governed by our Governing Documents, (Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and Declarations (Convenants).  We are also governed by the Association's Rules , Regulations and Policies.  The tabs to the left will give you more information in great detail.

Please especially note:

• Leasing of any unit/home is prohibited.
• There is a 25 pound dog limit and you may only have 1.
• There is a 2-cat limit.
• Resident parking is limited to the owners' garage or driveway; use of the guest parking by residents is prohibited.  Only working vehicles may be parked outside.

There are many other similarlily important  items you should be aware of.
